Recruitment Select is seeking additional Machine Operators and Process Workers to work in our client’s leading state-of-the-art manufacturing company in Wodonga. We offer exceptional working conditions characterized by cleanliness and safety.

This position is advertised and will start off as casual but may lead to permanent positions for the right candidates. Full-time applicants will need to complete a police check and medical.

Assembly Worker (Albury & Wodonga)

Recruitment Select is currently seeking applications for Assemblers for our manufacturing clients in Albury & Wodonga.

This role is casual with full-time hours on offer, working on a dayshift between 7-3.30 Monday-Friday. Permanent positions may be available after a qualifying period.

  • Cleaning, painting and detailing of completed products.

HR Driver

Recruitment Select is currently taking applications for the position of ‘HR Driver’ with one of our clients in Albury.

Although the role will start off on a casual basis, Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm (plus overtime), hours may be flexible depending on candidates and availability. On-the-job training will be required, this position may also lead to full-time work for the right person.

HC Driver

Recruitment Select is seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Drivers for our client in Albury. As a leading supplier of steel products in the Albury region, you will be tasked with local deliveries within the area, no overnight work is required.

This position is advertised as casual but may lead to permanent positions for the right candidates. Hours required are Monday-Friday, 7am-3.30pm (plus O/T)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate HC trucks in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  2. Transport steel products to and from customer sites, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  3. Safely load and unload steel products onto trucks, securing loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
  4. Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Provide friendly and professional customer service, representing the business positively in all interactions with customers and the public.


  • Valid HC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance standards.
